House Panel Revives US Energy Bill
The U.S. House of Representatives probably won't pass an energy bill that addresses fuel efficiency with the Republican party in control. Not great news for consumers.
Panel Democrats criticized the bill for failing to improve the fuel-efficiency of US cars and trucks, and doing little to promote energy conservation.
