VoIP Needs to Consumer Friendly To Grow

I think this consumer has a good point. Read this report on service:

That's what both AOL and AT&T seem to have gotten, both with their technology and with their marketing. While Vonage takes a very Darwinesque or Jackass feel to their marketing, they have really not made VoIP as easy as either of the BIG A's.

FYI-I'm more than a consumer. I'm a industry watcher with credentials who gets quoted by the media a lot.
