A great alternative to thumbing on handhelds for people concerned with repetitive stress is to use Phraze-It on their Windows Mobile Pocket PCs and Smartphones.
Phraze-It lets you type with your index fingers on large buttons displayed on the touch screen of your device. You can see and edit at least 6 lines of text on your PDA. Typing stylus free with your index fingers directly on the screen of your Pocket PC is comfortable and efficient.
