Anyway, I just hate it when large corporations prey on the poor, who can least afford to be "taken" by such schemes. I fully realize that there will be a sentiment that it's their own fault for not having good credit, but I don't buy that, at least not in every case. People have a bad credit history for a number of reasons, including cases of identity theft that the victim was unaware of until they applied for some type of utility service.
