This consumer reports on buying a used car and saving money.
One of the best car buying tips that I could give anyone is to check into certified used cars. When you buy a new car, it loses approx. 25% of its value when you drive it off the lot. Now, check the prices of certified used which are nearly half the price of new cars. I am familiar with the GM certified used car plan because this is what I sold.
