Fight Back! With David Horowitz
A look at consumer reporter David Horowitz.
David Horowitz, a consumer reporter guy I'd never heard of before said show, would do... uhm, consumer reporting. For instance, if someone had an issue with identity theft from a certain chain (called Leona's), sending it in to Horowitz was the way to get it solved.

This guys ripped me off on ebay! I bought a car from them on eBay and it was nothing like what they represented. This is what they said and all these statements are in writing in the eBay auction. They said the body has had no repairs and the body had been repaired and bondoed at least 10 times that I have found so far.
They said all the electrical was good and working.
This was a lie. The electrical is a mess and they had fixed the ignition with rubber bands. The rubber bands need to be just right or the car will not even start. They said the car run so smoothly the owner shifts the car without spilling his coffee.
It turns out the car had not been driven in 5 years. They told me the car was painted silver. The car was painted primer and that was used to try and cover up all the bondo and peeling paint. The eBay auction stated also: 'This vehicle's interior is very clean'.The carpet is torn out, the seats are torn up and crushed. The dashboard is torn to pieces. The eBay auction stated also: 'Air Conditioning is good' There is not any air conditioning. The eBay auction stated also: 'Clear Tile'
I have been to call and email everyday to get them to send the title and they always say 'we overnighted it' When I ask for a tracking number they get mad. I was told if I was going to be that way it was going to be very hard for me to get a title from them.
If you are too far away to inspect the car before bidding save your self a lot of expense and pain and stay away from Rusty Wallace Newport Ford

I purchased an alarm system last Sept. 2007 and in May 2008 a magnet fell out of the front door so I could not longer set the alarm. The alarm company Firstline filed bankruptcy and turned me over to another company. I have asked repeatedly for them to come and fix it but they continue to bill me and I'm unable to set the alarm. They have threatened to turn me over to collection. I have mailed certified letters to both companies but no response. What can I do? Thank you.

In May of 2007. I had a breast aug and tummy tuck. The Dr. performing the surgery specifically told me at my consultations that he would be able to remove the sagging skin around my stomach and pull my stomach muscles tight. So, I decided to have the surgery. Six weeks after surgery, the surgeon tells me that he would not be able to get rid of the skin and that my muscles must be too damaged and suggested that I do sit-ups. Also, my breast are a full "A" cup. I was imformed that I would be a full "b" borderline "c". I paid over $14000 for these surgeries combined and I still look the same. I still have to wear the same padded bras and my skin hangs, especially when I sit down. This Dr. just took my money and ran. What can I do?
